"Louis Francois UNESCO Center  organized an artistic contest entitled" Light and Fantasy" and it made it available for individuals and groups, from the age of 3 to 25 years old including those of special needs .
Each participant should produce one piece of art and   500 pieces approximately would be selected. The winners would be announced through  the following website:

The top three winners  would be awarded financial prizes and the rest of the winners will get honorary diplomas.
