The Higher Institute for Social Services, The Research Center, The Association Of Reinforcing the Handicapped Rights, celebrated The scientific Day For the Disabled which U.N declared since 1981. The celebration is sponsored by professor. Ekbal El Amir El Samaloty, Dean of the Higher Institute for Social Services in Cairo,. The Association headed by professor, Mohammed Abd ElHameed Ahmed, seeks social justice and equality among the deprived segments of  society including the handicapped as they have been  given  rights heavenly and in  all international conventions. The more the handicapped and his family get attention, the more it indicates how civilized such society is. Mr. Mahmoud Raa'fat, From the Education dep., represented the commission in this celebration which has been held on Thursday 25th December 2008.
