 Due to the importance of developing human capabilities and building capacities for development specially in rural areas, to enhance the technological skills that qualify young people for positive participation in sustainable development process and to improve the personal skills in communication and facilitate finding job opportunities,
a project has been carried out around four Egyptian governorates i.e Cairo, N.Sinai, S.Sinai, Aswan.
The main headquarter in Cairo, the Egyptian national commission, undertakes the responsibility of supplying the centers in the other 3 governorates with information, knowledge and technological services that youth need.
A Training course to raise and develop man power capacities in computer has been run.
The closing session of the forum has been held on sat.27th 2008 in Pyramisa hotel.
The project of communication and information services center for development is only a ten months old project and that indicates how serious, efficient and sincere the working group is.
They managed to carry out the project, achieve its objectives and get lessons of success that give hope to expand the project for all citizens ,to empower and help them get their rights in information and achieve sustainable development for the whole society.
